To apply for a scholarship, just complete and submit the Scholarship application form below.
By selecting both the "Full Scholarship" and "Partial Scholarship" options, you are indicating your desire to apply for a full scholarship —either through a lottery (see section 7, which explains the rules and procedures of the lottery) or based on your suitability for the profile sought by Tía Tula for the Program— and also to request a partial scholarship in case you do not receive the full scholarship. Partial scholarships will all be awarded based on your suitability for the profile sought by Tía Tula for the Program, according to the answers provided in your application form (priority will be given to teachers who are capable of sending students or groups of Spanish students to Salamanca in the future for language immersion trips with Tía Tula).
After Tía Tula's confirmation of a full or partial scholarship, the applicant will have 15 days to send Tía Tula a letter from his/her educational institution, proving being a teacher of Spanish for the course year 2025-2026.
* Raffle of the 2 full scholarships of the Program
The raffle will take place in the following manner: each applicant will receive a randomly selected number between 0 and 99999 (lowest and highest number in the Spanish National Lottery: https://www.loteriasyapuestas.es/es/loteria-nacional). The 2 applicants with the numbers closest to the winning number in the Spanish National Lottery draw on Saturday, 31/01/2026 will be granted a full scholarship. If 2 applicants have 2 numbers equidistant from the 'winning number', the higher of the 2 numbers will prevail. For example, if 10,000 were the 'winning number' and applicants had been assigned 9998, 9999, 10002 and 10003, the order of adjudication would be the following: 9999, 10002, 9998, 10003; so in principle the 2 scholarships would be assigned to numbers 9999 and 10002.
Should a successful applicant reject the scholarship offer, the applicant holding the next closest number will be selected as a replacement (in the above example, applicant 9998 would be selected).
